No, contracts are based on a month-by-month basis.

Do I have to be a legal resident of the United States ?
You do not have to be a legal resident of the United States , but you must show a valid picture ID: passport, driver’s license, etc.

Do you offer insurance?
We do not insure your belongings directly, however we can provide information about the availability of insurance.

Can I bring my own lock and key?
Yes, you supply your own lock for total security. Should you not have your own lock, for your convenience, we also offer locks for sale in our retail shops.

Are all your units air-conditioned?
Yes. All units are air-conditioned.

What is the ceiling height of your units?
Ceiling height is approximately 8.5 feet. Please call for more information.
